How do I place an order?

You can either place your order via the secure shopping cart on our website, e-mail it to your salesperson, or you can

Can I pay using my credit or charge card?

Yes, we can process your MasterCard or VISA credit cards real-time right on our website when you checkout.
If you have another credit card you would like to use, such as a Discover or American Express card, we use the services
of PayPal.
You may be familiar with PayPal as
it is a very popular auction payment system and widely used to send money via email.

If for some reason you are uncomfortable giving your credit card number online or using PayPal, you may call us and
place your MasterCard/Visa credit card order over the phone.

When I pay using PayPal, who do I send the payment to?
|

Send all PayPal payments
to sales@wholesalegaming.com. However, you can use the
shopping cart to place your order and select PayPal
as the payment method and the shopping cart will populate all the necessary order information into your paypal payment.

How quickly do you ship orders?
|
|
|
In most cases we ship orders the same day your payment arrives and your order
is confirmed. If you send payment using an online service before 3:00pm EST
your order can be shipped the same day, otherwise it will be shipped the next
business day. Please note, we do not ship on weekends and holidays.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
|
|
|

We ship from our warehouse in Greensburg, PA 15601. Shipping times depend mainly
on which shipping service you select. A shipping time estimate for UPS Ground is shown
on the right. Other UPS service times can be calculated using
this tool from UPS.
For information on USPS shipping times please visit
www.usps.gov. Remember, you
can always select a faster level of service if you would like to decrease the shipping time of your products arrival.
