Gotham City is a crime ridden place, evil super-criminals run rampant through the streets. Only one man stands against them, Batman. Whenever the Joker plans to gas the city, or Two-Face tries to steal 22 million dollars form the 1st Bank of Gotham; Batman is there to thwart their schemes.
In the Batman Gotham City Strategy Game the players take on the role of Gothams greatest villains (The Joker, Penguin, Killer Croc and Two-Face) and enact their plots to dominate the criminal underworld. However you must always be aware of Batman showing up to foil your cunning plot.
