SHIPPING RATES AND METHODS
All shipping rates are now calculated via the rate calculators provided by our
shopping cart. Items may ship via any number of UPS or USPS services based upon
the customer's descretion. We recommend UPS Ground for the cheapest, most reliable, and time efficient shipping.
UPS will not ship to PO Box addresses as well as certain parts of Hawaii and Alaska. Please be certain
UPS will deliver to your location before choosing them for your order.
PAYPAL/CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
All orders paid for via Paypal or your credit card will ship within 24 hours of order placement
(excluding weekends and holidays). Please see our FAQ
page for information on shipping transit times.
Whenever possible, preorders ship on the release of the products or in
time for you to receive the products by the release date. In some cases,
the manufacturer may not honor their projected release date, in which case
the items ship upon arrival at our warehouse.
All items placed in the same order as a presale item ship together with
the release of the latest presale item. Should you want the items shipped
separately, please place separate orders for the product.
MAILED PAYMENT ORDERS
Checks and Money Orders are happily accepted for payment. Feel free to place
your order through the shopping cart provided and choose the mailed payment
option. Please do not send cash. Also, please be sure to include your
ship to address as well as a list of the items ordered with your payment
to ensure proper and timely shipment of your order (A printable page will be provided for you on checkout). Money Order payments that include all necessary information will ship within 24 hours of payment receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). Checks must clear prior to shipment.
Wholesale Orders may be placed via the shopping cart provided as the price will
adjust itself based on the quantity you are purchasing. Our wholesale prices and
quantities do change frequently, so feel free to write us at
with any wholesale inquiries. Also, wholesale customers often qualify for special
shipping agreements so please include your zip code with your inquiry.
As an Authorized Internet Retailer of Wizards of the Coast, we cannot
sell current sealed Magic: the Gathering products business to business. All business orders for these products will be cancelled refunded.
International Orders are always welcome at Hill's Wholesale Gaming. Simply use
the rate calculators on our shopping cart to find your best possible shipping rate
and check out as normal.
As an Authorized Internet Retailer of Wizards of the Coast, we may only
ship current sealed Magic: the Gathering products within the United
States. All international orders of these products will be cancelled and refunded.

Hill's Wholesale Gaming is an Authorized Internet Retailer Wizards of the Coast.
As an Authorized Internet Retailer of Wizards of the Coast, we may only ship current sealed Magic: the Gathering products within the United States.
As an Authorized Internet Retailer of Wizards of the Coast, we cannot sell current sealed Magic: the Gathering products business to business.
Orders of current magic products placed by businesses or to international locations will be cancelled and refunded.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS/DISCLAIMER
Hill's Wholesale Gaming is not responsible for payment lost en route to
and never recieved by us. We will also not be held accountable for
packages damaged or lost via the US Postal system (USPS).
Items which arrive damaged due to shipping via a UPS/USPS Service may
be returned within 15 days after item receipt. Upon receiving the
damaged item, we will happily refund the total value of the items
ordered as well as shipping costs.
If the items shipped to your address do not match your order, they may
be returned at our expense for a full refund of your order, or at the
customers descretion, may be returned in exchange for the contents of
your actual order.
Returns will not be accepted for unwanted or opened items (no
exceptions). If there are concealed damages found only by opening your
item, we will refer you to the manufacturer if possible.
All orders are verified for accuracy after they are placed. If Hill's Wholesale
Gaming discovers an accuracy problem with your order, we will contact you for instructions
before shipping. We will explain the discrepancy and offer remedying steps or offer to
cancel the order for you.
