1 sweepstakes card (the sweepstakes ended in 2008, so the sweepstakes cards are now useless)
Each fun pack comes with a virtual prize code, which is redeemed at neopets.com/code
It is rare, but some packs have key quest code cards in place of the code cards. The key quest code cards can be redeemed for a key quest game piece and an in-game item.
